The Work Transformation Collective unites highly-skilled individuals and organisations from a variety of fields to support your move into a new era of virtual work. We truely believe virtual collaboration has its worth and its place when taking efficiency, inclusion and environmental impact into account. Virtual facilitators, experience designers, graphic recorders, and artists joined forces to help you turn the recent crisis into an opportunity. Together we translate your services, meetings, communities and conferences into the world of online connectivity.
Key areas we support
Our joint goal: creating a virtual gathering or conference that participants will remember. Now is the time to showcase how much is possible in a virtual setting from panel conversations to worldcafé sessions to engaging breakouts. We even want to take it a step further and create a space for collaborative action planning and trust building.
Imagine 50, 100, or 200 participants from one organisation or across organisations, or even across sectors, collaborating virtually – zero health risks and zero CO2 emissions. From three hours to multiple days long. Goals ranging from enriched exchanges, initiating new projects, or group bonding can be achieved. We want to imagine the impossible together: A session in which every participant is engaged and leaves with more energy, instead of being exhausted from too much screen time. Next to well facilitated content conversations, no technical hick-ups, and potentially even a graphic recording capturing your main points, we offer to include magical moments: listening to a live violinist, watching a magician perform, doing a virtual treasure hunt and much more. The sky is the limit.
We want to support you to turn a) your team work and b) your events and your organisation’s offering into the virtual world.
It is possible to design and host online meetings or workshops in which we can interact in relatively similar ways as when we meet in person. For this to be possible we need different design principles and facilitation than we would when being in the same room. Sharing basic knowledge on virtual meetings design, facilitation and remote team communication principles, we can help you work on the ritual design of your teams: What should we meet online for? How often? Where and how do we share what information? What are best practices in creating trust? How can we be productive in achieving our goals and collaborating as a team?
Further, we are here to share our workshop design and faciliation experience with you and support you in designing your first virtual events and brainstorm how you can best translate what your organisation does into the virtual space. We are excited to walk this unknown path with you and support you along the way.
Especially in recent times, many in-person communities need to move their focus to virtual community building. Additionally, already existing virtual communities are needed more than ever to create a sense of belonging and conection between members.
We want to empower you to build thriving communities regardless of the purpose you set for your community and at what stage of development you are. The Collective combines experience in developing and updating communiy strategies, content creation, online & offline combinations, decision making processes, deveopment of learning agendas, virtual faciliation and much more.
Next to sharing best practices of other communities, we can introduce you to a variety of tools and formats and can support you in creating new ones that serve your members in the recent pandemic. We always have the member experience at the center of our intention and want to support you to create rituals and offerings that ensure your community fulfills its potential and adds value.
